Fall Media Production Program Kick-Off

We just kicked off the We Are New Voices Fall Media Production Program today at Sharpstown High School. We presented to two broadcasting classes and more than 40 students.
The program includes radio writing and production training, as well as integration of online technologies. Students will produce radio pieces in exchange for course credit. The best pieces will be selected to air on Youth Radio.
Sharpstown is just one of several high schools in the Houston area we're taking the program to this semester. I look forward to seeing what this semester's participants produce.
